MichMATYC Fall Conference Info

The MichMATYC (Michigan Association of Two-Year Colleges) Conference is coming up on October 7-8 (but you can choose to come only 1-day).  I will be presenting a talk at the conference on 'Capitalizing on Games and Activities in the Classroom'.  However, there are are lots of other useful talks, such as 'Advanced MyMathLab Tools,' that I am sure that many people may be interested in as well.  There is actually a group discount for registering by September 5.  If you would like more information on MichMATYC, please visit  If you would like more information on the conference, please visit  The abstract for the talk that I will be giving is below.

This presentation will demonstrate some of the games and activities that I have created to use in my own classroom.  I expect that people who attend this session will ‘capitolize’ on games and activities in the classroom and leave with something that can be taken back for immediate classroom use
